雷能忠,1969年7月出生,男,福建建阳人。教授,博士,现任奔驰宝马bcbm8888土木工程与建筑学院党委副书记、院长。福建省岩石力学与工程学会副理事长,丘陵山地智慧城镇建设技术福建省高校重点实验室主任,福建农林大学联合培养研究生导师。科研成果获安徽省科技进步二等奖1项,中国钢结构协会科技进步奖一等奖1项,福建省省级行业学会科技奖2项。出版专著1部(合著),共同主编福建省省级“十四五”规划教材1本,发表论文20余篇。
